Direct sunlight and reflections make the reading of LC-Displays mostly a difficult task.
Yet, even under good conditions the quality of the display can make the reading often a challenge, especially when the light distribution is not designed properly. Good design of an appropriate backlight lens system with good positioning of SMT-LED's should bring improved visualization. However, bright illuminated spots direct next to the light source or insufficiently lighted areas in furthest corners bring unwanted disturbance to our eyes.
