Low Pressure moulding as a technology is not unique, however not many companies master this process to fully benefit from the available advantages. Sanko Gosei have intensive experience in producing with the process and can exploit the technical benefits to provide strategic benefits.
Instrument Panel Pads and Door Panels Frames are applications for which the process has proven to be successfully applied. For shapes that are 2.5-D we require only 2 process steps, moulding and trimming. In case the styling requires a true 3-D shape, involving more complex curvatures, we will commence with (In-Mould-Grain) vacuum forming process.
